This policy explains what information Peggy's Vintage Halloween Art collects, how it's used, and who it's shared with.

We collect information you provide directly to us:

• Contact form: your name, email address, and message.
• Newsletter signup: your email address.
• Collector account: your name, email address, and a securely hashed password (we never store your actual password in readable form).
• Orders: when you complete a purchase through PayPal, we receive your name, email, shipping address, and order details from PayPal in order to fulfill your order.

We do not collect or store payment card numbers, bank details, or other payment credentials. All payment processing happens through PayPal directly — see their own privacy policy for how they handle your payment information.

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to questions you send through the contact form
• To send newsletter updates, if you've subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email)
• To process and fulfill orders, including shipping your artwork to you
• To manage your collector account, including saved favorites

Third Parties

We share information with the following third parties only as needed to run the site:

• PayPal: processes all payments and provides us your order and shipping details.
• Our web host and Cloudflare: deliver the site and provide basic security/performance services. They may log standard technical information (like IP address) as part of normal web hosting.

We do not sell your information to anyone.

Cookies

This site uses a basic session cookie to keep track of your shopping cart and login status while you browse. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Your Choices

• You can unsubscribe from newsletter emails at any time.
• You can request that we delete your contact messages, newsletter subscription, or collector account by emailing peg@cozeyhome.net.

Children's Privacy

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
